My name is Nisha Halai. 

I'm a Therapeutic Arts Practitioner for

Health and Wellbeing, Meaning, and Identity Questions

Therapeutic :

  • Transpersonal Arts based on social pedagogy, to inspire ability for self-regulation through change.

  • Transpersonal Arts for individuals navigating changes through the physical, cognitive, perceptual, and kinaesthetic systems.

  • Transitions and Trauma querying through fairytales, fables, and myth stories.

  • Seven Phases of Life Biography, with creative auto-biographical writing and poetry.

  • Spiritual Counselling supported by readings from the Four Gospels.

  • Threefold Listening circles - ‘Raising up what has fallen to the Earth’.
