Songs that evoke feelings of deep care, gratitude, and empowerment within me.

Updated: Nov 2, 2021

Here you will find a list of songs that inspire feelings of profound love for the Beloved within me, and around us. May one or two of these songs touch your heart too.

Some were sent to me as one liners in my early morning dreams, that I then listened to online and understood.

Some I happened to be playing and recognised the words as a gift to reassure and nourish my longing heart.

All of them helped me (and continue to help me) through my developmental journey to a Love I had forgotten, and in time - remembered, and felt worthy of embracing.

In listening to these songs, consider whether it is you speaking them, or could they also be words from your inner Beloved.

The English Ones

The Greatest Love of All - Whitney Houston

(A song close to my heart. - I now work with children at a beautiful Steiner-Waldorf school.

I used sing some of these songs as a little girl because my mother played them on the radio while she made dinner for many people in her ex-marital family.

Growing up, I loved Bollywood dancing, and I used to sing these songs on stage at weddings.... with no inkling of their deeper meaning at the time, until a 'crisis' ensued inviting me to look at my 'wounding').
