Service Description

Circles of Listening are facilitated by Transpersonal Arts Facilitator, Nisha To arrive at oneself To strive to listen and accept To discern new meaning To feel feelings in freedom To discover resonance with Nature The flow : 1) Poem / Verse to open the space 2) Agreements, we will strive to uphold 3) Short introduction on the observation of self and discerning the impulse to speak and to listen 4) Short body meditation or observation of a plant / flowers / artwork, to centre ourselves 5) Listening into the Silence, to bring our personal struggles, questions, wounds, realisations 6) Poem / Verse to close the space Usually every Tuesday evening, from 27th May 2025. Please arrive from 3:40pm onwards. Listening Time: 4pm to 5:30pm Sliding Scale: £10 - £20 We meet in the Community Room of The Christian Community, 8 Spademill Road, Aberdeen, AB15 4XW Ideally, please send me an email, if you know you will be joining.
