Eurythmy for Wellbeing and Sensitivity

Eurythmy for Wellbeing and Sensitivity is an expressive movement art developed in the early 20th century by Marie Steiner-von Sivers. Often described as "visible speech" or "visible music," it uses specific bodily gestures and spatial choreography to translate the sounds of language and musical tones into physical movement.

High sensitivity is a very special form of perception of the Self. When we understand the potential that lives within each of us, a transformation can gradually occur, towards us becoming helpful participants in sensing truth, beauty, goodness, and love.

(A clear standing space would be needed to take three steps in every direction and move arms freely in every direction).

A bespoke termly/year-long programme series of Eurythmy sequences are available specifically for :Accessing Calm for deeper breathing and self-carePeople experiencing the changes of SensitivityPre-natal and post-natal peace for women, and pregnant women at any stage of their processWomen navigating Menopause at any stage of their processPeople interested in discovering a workable relationship to Time ManagementPeople looking to increase their Self-confidence and Self-esteemAnyone looking for a way to develop inner balance and a way to stay centred and relational with Life

Arts for Health-care / Self-Care

Therapeutic Arts are therapies recognising the human being as Body, Mind, Soul and Spirit - through seven phases of the Life Biography.

Creative Writing for Sensing Life's Relationships

Creative Writing for Sensing Life's Relationships is aimed at deepening our awareness of Life, through self-understanding and self-connection.

Using observation of man-made and natural 'things' and people, poetry, songs, verses, folklore, and images, participants are invited to explore their inner and outer worlds through English writing.

The aim of the workshop series is to enable people to enhance their well-being through heart-centred expression and illumination.

(A lined notepad and pen would be needed, with a table and chair to write)

A bespoke termly/year-long programme series is currently available specifically for : Wise elders who would like to look back at their lives and discover new meanings, through new views of life events People who would like to discover new meaning in longing, love, and lossYoung people searching for their sense of Identity through varying elemental qualities of wordsPeople who would like to find a calmer relationship with Nature, to perhaps overcome time and space challenges, transitions, or to make sense of eco-anxiety and climate change distress

In general, and in ideal arrangements, I would be invited to bring processes that honour a preventative approach for knowing oneself sooner, to experience how to practice independent Thinking, and discover creative freedom.

I choose to offer this work, based on a tiered fees structure; based on the 'green bottle method’ of self-choice and mutual trust, in freedom.

Please feel free to email me to book a consultation time.

Thank you.
