About Me
I believe in the loving power of Metamorphosis where one can discover fresh potential in taking charge of our life stories.
It’s a privilege to bear witness to how art-making and reflective conversation can help people make meaning, find clarity, and reconnect with themselves.
I see art-making as a bridge to something greater than ourselves, whether that’s a sense of inner peace, connection, or transformation during times of grief and transition.
Feelings of anxiety, fear, anger, desire, loneliness and isolation are some of the results of our modern lives. Art in all of its forms can be a powerful entry point to knowing who we are, strengthening our centre, developing healthy boundaries, for processing emotions, reducing anxiety, and increasing feelings of connection.
What I hope to offer in my practice, is a space where your story can unfold in its own time, through your own language, whether that’s spoken or unspoken.
