Eurythmy Wellbeing Programme

Sensitivity is a normal part of Life.

All human beings, animals, and plants are sensitive to their environment to some degree.

Sensitive people may take in more information from their environment, process it more deeply, and are ultimately shaped by it. Much of this deep processing happens unconsciously, and many sensitive people aren’t even aware that they do it. This process applies to everything anyone of us, takes in.

So how do we find ground in the sensory impressions that may come towards us, through the gift of our sensitivity? 

​How do we strive to discern the beauty of living life together?

​

One way is to take five minutes of each day to move your body in a particular gesture, related to a wellbeing sequence given by Rudolf Steiner, for humanity's time of great change - now.

The Weekly In-Person Course

Two Thursday Time Options are available :

​

In-Person: 11am - 12:30pm

In-Person : 6:30pm - 8pm

​

In-Person Location : Rubislaw area of Aberdeen city, AB15

Maximum participant places if in the Community Room on Spademill Road, AB15: 6

Maximum participant places if we will need a larger space for the group:  12-16

* 1-2 dates can be adjusted based on the needs of our group, in terms of holiday weeks away. Classes will be recorded and links shared with participants for home practices.
