Staff Wellness Through Eurythmy: Movement for Renewal and Resilience

At Apple Aniseed Arts, we understand that the demands of modern work life can take a toll on physical vitality and emotional balance. That’s why we are introducing a new Eurythmy Wellness Programme, designed to support staff wellbeing through mindful movement.

What is Eurythmy?
Eurythmy is a gentle, expressive movement practice that harmonises body, soul, and spirit. It brings rhythm and balance back into our daily lives, helping to counteract the fatigue, tension, and disconnection that often arise in screen-based or emotionally demanding work.

Why Eurythmy for Staff Care?

  • Relieves physical strain from prolonged sitting and screen use

  • Supports emotional resilience for those in care or support roles

  • Promotes mindfulness and presence, reducing stress and recharging inner resources

  • Encourages healthy posture, breathing, and flow, essential for long-term wellbeing

How It Works
Offered in short, accessible sessions during the workweek, this programme is open to all staff—no experience needed. Sessions are guided by myself, and tailored to meet the needs of the group. The movements are gentle, grounding, and adaptable to different energy levels.

Benefits You May Notice:

  • A sense of inner calm and clarity

  • Improved concentration and energy levels

  • Greater connection with your body and breath

  • A refreshed outlook to carry into your day

This is more than just a break—it’s a chance to reconnect with yourself and restore balance in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

Organisations and Community groups are welcome to arrange an onsite programme for your people.
