What came first I have often wondered, the Apple or the Seed?

Apple Aniseed Arts was born to carry this quest to know something for oneself, through direct experience.

​

Many evolving questions and nuances of Meaning known and unknown around “Home” and Homelessness”;  “Wealth” and “Poverty”; "Health and Illness", have inspired my lifelong search, to consider the purposefulness of polarisation, and my responsibility towards it. Through Thinking, Feeling, and Willing, we can begin to take our observations along.

With new respect and experiential understanding for the sensitive beauty and wisdom of the human struggle, I strive to build bridges between the perceived opposites within myself, and in artistic conversation with others, which forms the foundation of all my practices and self-enquiry of Life.

The Transpersonal Arts approach starts from a place of wholeness and honours our birth-rite and potential for Thinking with our Hearts and Minds.

Like the seasons of Nature and the moving stars, change is increasingly inevitable.

How can we learn to hold the balance between the many polarities that meet us though Life? Moving through discomforts, imbalances, challenges, and illnesses, the weather may change, new horizons may be perceived, and new ground found under the feet.

In time, we may come to say: "As I open to change, my relationship to myself changes, and the relationships around me change, for I am changed through my reflective relationships".
