About me
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
Welcome.
My name is Nisha, and I am the founder of Apple Aniseed Arts.
Rooted in anthroposophical principles, my growing work is to support people to regenerate creative ecosystems, where inner development can positively transform the self and our society.
I have won many hats over the last 40 years that weave through each other for various lengths and widths of time and depths and heights of space :
Artist.... Dancer... Singer... Unpaid Carer... Salesperson.... Marketing and Customer Services person... Human Resources professional... Corporate Banking Analyst... Reporting Analyst... Traveller.... Transpersonal Arts Counsellor... Storyteller... Singer... Artist... Creative Health Facilitator for Arts and Wellbeing and as Therapy.
Some of the questions the approach can address :
What can I trust in for safety and acceptance?
How do I know myself and be open to change as and when needed?
How can we can begin to feel into this uncertainty and step towards the unknown with wonder?
How do I strive to discern Truth, Beauty, and Goodness in every opportunity and encounter?
Whether through the engagement of our senses towards the weather, minerals, rocks, plants, trees, animals, birds, bugs, and to each other, I create supportive Arts-based opportunities for you to make meaning of your Life - as a human being in relationship with a living breathing Being of Love.

My Story
Like the seasons of Nature and the moving stars, change is increasingly inevitable.
How can we learn to hold the balance between the many polarities that meet us though Life? Moving through discomforts, imbalances, challenges, and illnesses, the weather may change, new horizons may be perceived, and new ground found under the feet.
In time, we may come to say: "As I open to change, my relationship to myself changes, and the relationships around me change, for I am changed through my reflective relationships".
Welcome to Apple Aniseed Arts, a platform dedicated to exploring health, wellbeing, transformation, and human development, based on Anthroposophical principles.
My journey began in 2018 and became official in 2022, driven by a passion for embracing authenticity, courage, and connection. The trusting relationship with Transpersonal Therapeutic Arts was born from personal experiences of burnout and the quest for healing. The power of self-reflection and active listening are key to my practice and offerings. Through the processes, we can deepen our understanding of ourselves and others, recognising life's challenges as valuable lessons for growth and resilience.
My experience spans crisis counselling for adults, team-building for workplace employees and management, threshold support for older adults ad their families, and supporting children in schools. I collaborate with a range of professionals to deliver enriching workshops both online and in-person. Additionally, I offer one-to-one art therapy sessions, providing a personalised space for self-enquiry and growth.
Through simple Eurythmy movement, a diverse range of arts media, and heartfelt poetry, writing, and singing, I support children, young people, and adults in nurturing their souls, particularly those who identify as neurodiverse or highly sensitive.
The shared journey of transformation, as we delve into the rich tapestry of archetypal fairytales and myths from diverse cultures, can encourage self-discovery and new understanding.
By attuning to nature's rhythms, we can strive to find balance amidst imbalance rather than fall into the extremes of the soul. In a dynamic way, we can discover, uphold, and promote Universal Love - in Freedom.
Join me as we navigate the path to greater clarity and beauty in our lives.
